Loch Goil Cruisers is for sale, comprising :

- 7000 sq metres of free-hold land on the west shore of Loch Goil

- A floating jetty system which can accommodate ten boats alongside and a further six double berthed. These jetties are accessible at all tides by a twelve metre bridge, and are suppied with water, diesel and electricity. The whole jetty system is protected with two walled barriers, therefore allowing boats to be moored alongside all year.

- Eight offshore moorings, six of which take boats of up to ten tons in weight and two which can accommodate boats of up to six tons. These are maintained annually and are hired out during the season.

- A slipway which allows boats of up to ten tons and twelve metres in length to be hydraulically winched up metal tracks to be worked on under cover. The slip work area is supplied with water, electricity and has lighting.

- A parking area for up to twenty cars with reception and stores for life jackets and other equipment, including fishing rods ( which are available for hire )

Loch Goil Cruisers does not currently have a large turnover or large profit but does have a steady growth averaging 20% over the last five years within a healthy local tourist industry.
